Artist’s Statement
On a cool day, watching inflowing tidal currents push natures’ debris up toward a once pristine sandy beach, I was urged to paint these three elements of sea, sand and flotsam engaged in their twice daily battle which leaves each time a unique and fascinating tideline of scattered wonders.
