Artist’s Statement
Autumnal skies and fallen, golden leaves reflected in pools of seawater, swirling slightly from the inshore breeze inspired this interpretive composition where colour and movement were the essential sensations I aimed to convey through this free flowing painting.
Reflections Sandy Beach by Gerry Halpin MBE
Gerry Halpin MBE lives and works in Greater Manchester, England. Gerry is an award-winning innovator who paints the landscape from above, an altogether different perspective, from that of looking from the more familiar ground level position. Gerry’s work makes a stunning addition to any collection.
